People joining your co-op can participate in the next regatta, not the current one. How many tasks at which point range do members have to do? Do you expect a fixed number of helps per week? What is your dumping policy? If you are kind, you give people a warning and kick them after the next regatta. As a leader it is also your job to define, what gets you kicked. Yes, kicking inactive members is good and it is the (co-) leaders job. Some of the information is above my head. I feel like I am back in school studying. I have had to keep notes of the ones that wait until last minute to begin a Task they know they won't finish. Several of us think they should show some type of life.

Am I doing the correct thing to get rid of players that refuse to Race, refuse to help other members & refuse to communicate in thev'chat' area. There are about 4-5 of us that got to know each other & they seem to be fine with it as it is. I feel like I am in a 'sinking ship' Pun intended. I tried searching for the answer in a Forum or Post but could not find it. Where can I go to learn more? Do people just joining Co-OP have a Probation period or can they begin to do task as soon as they are accepted as a member? We only have 1 day left for the 1st week in this Regatta. None if the other Co-leader's wants to be the Leader so I am by de-fault. I also feel like I don't know what I am suppose to be doing. I am thinking if waiting to respond in Monday after our Co-OP receives our rewards. Someone sent us a Request to join on Saturday but I don't want to accept him if they have not earned rewards. I have kicked or booted several people & have asked several 2 chat as I may end up booting more. Now I am the Leader, with 3 Co-Leader's & 2 Elder's. We were just asking what he thought in chat. We guess he didn't or maybe he thought wexas Co-Leader's were suppose to do it. This went on for a few months & we asked him if he thought we should address it. Several of us were working very hard to get Task done & we had several people who did 0 Task & 0 helping. Our Leader seemed to act more like a Elder. I was a Co-Leader & made Leader to my shock & surprise when our Leader that made this Co-OP with his wife.
